Does the clinic have disabled access?

We do not have disabled access to the clinic for patients in wheelchairs. This is due to the layout of the building and the fact that we are situated on the first and second floors of the building and the only access is via the stairs. In an attempt to aid our patients with mobility disabilities, who are not wheelchair bound; we have double hand rails to help access the stairs. For wheelchair bound patients, we have an arrangement with our neighbor practice at 10 Hall Lane down the road from us near Upminster Underground Station to see these patients, as they have ground floor access.
