How can patients leave feedback, comments or suggestions?

Patients are welcome to send us comments or suggestions; whether they be positive or negative regarding their treatment and experiences at the practice. Patients comments give us an indication of how well the practice is performing and it is also used at practice meetings so that it can be determined what courses of action need to be taken, if any, to make improvements. Patients are also able to visit the NHS Choices website home page, where they can access further information about us under the find a dentist section and they can also  leave comments. The website address is www.nhs.uk/pages/homepage. NHS patients from April 2015 can now also fill in the NHS Friends & Family forms anonymously and drop it in at the Friends & Family ballot box in reception which is then analysed monthly.

Patients who wish to contact us more formally or wish to make a complaint, can write to us at the practice address and mark it for the attention of reception or the manager.
